Help With As-Sa`dee's Sharh Manhaj Us-Saalikeen by Ibn Jibreen

Maa shaa' Alllaah, the book is a gem and clarifies things that got me thinking (like why As-Sa`dee divides miyaah into 2 and not 3 categories, tuhoor and naajis) but I'm struggling to 'translate' a few phrases such as...

والحمد فسر بتفسيرين
الأول: أنه ذكر محاسن المحمود مع حبه وتعظيمه وإجلاله
.الثاني أنه فعل ينبئ عن تعظيم المنعم؛ بسبب كونه منعما على الحامد وغيره

This next passage I'm pasting I was having trouble with too, just the bit in red.

كلمة (أما بعد) يؤتى بها للانتقال من حال إلى حال ومن أسلوب إلى أسلوب وقد وردت كثيرا في الأحاديث

والإشارة في قوله: (فهذا كتاب): إن كان كتبها قبل أن يؤلف الكتاب، فهو يشير إلى ما تصوره في ذهنه، وتخيله بأنه سوف يكون بارزا

Now my question is, does the ها in كتبها refer to the word كلمة or the أما بعد. Other than that I think I understood the rest ok. Though I don't know what بارز means.
